Return Policy

What is your Return Policy?
We hope you are happy with your order but if not, we gladly accept returns and will issue a refund or store credit for the amount of your item(s). Please read our full return policy below.

  • Item(s) returned within 10 days of delivery date will be accepted for a refund. After 10 days, a Copper One gift card will be issued.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with the Return Tag still attached. If any returns do not meet our requirements, you will be contacted and responsible for any shipping charges.
  • Items marked FINAL SALE may not be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
  • Items discounted 30% or more are FINAL SALE.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All returns/exchanges must be done within 30 days of order date.

 How do I start a return?
Follow the steps below for a hassle-free return.
1. Review our Return Policy to make sure that your return meets our requirements.
2. Place in a shipping safe box or envelope with your original invoice and reason for return. 
3. Use the carrier of your choice to return your item(s).

When will my return be processed?
Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email showing you have been refunded or that your credit is available to be used. We recommend recording your tracking information to ensure delivery.

 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise.
 
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
 
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
